I am a married dad to two young boys (8 & 4) commuter cyclist from Yeovil.
I ride 20-25 miles each day Mon-Fri for work. I don’t ride much at weekends due to family time, but try and do a charity cycle every year or so. I have cycled back from Paris, back from Durham, to-and-back from The IOW, completed LEJOG as well as cycling 200 miles in a day last year.
My two boys love to get out on their bikes (currently have Frog, Cuda & Wiggins) which they are going through as one grows out of it, the younger one is growing in to it!
I have a Specialized Allez Sprint Comp Disc which I use for my daily commute. I’m not a trendy cyclist, my kit rarely matches and I don’t know much about ratios and headset bearings, but I like to get out and often do 5-6,000 miles per year.
