Andy Gorman

Andy Gorman is Managing Director of Stolen Goat, VeloVixen and Wildcat. With his strong belief in the importance of maintaining a true work-life balance, through his work Andy aims to help more people to overcome the barriers that prevent them from filling their lives with active, outdoor adventures.

Cycling and outdoor activities should be for anyone and everyone. And to achieve this, Andy believes that listening, establishing two-way conversations and creating an inclusive environment where people can feel comfortable to make their voice heard, is key.

Andy loves cycling in all its forms, and you’ll often find him making his way to the office on two wheels rather than four. He’s also dabbled in racing, both on the road and MTB scenes. But in recent years he’s leaned towards audax and bikepacking – inspired by the joy and the freedom that comes with seeing how far he can travel by bike, and waking up somewhere new. Recent highlights include taking on the Trans-Atlantic Way in 2022: a 2500 kilometre, self-supported adventure along Ireland’s Atlantic coast. But his favourite ever trip was bikepacking with his – then 7-year-old daughter – riding from Dieppe to Paris to experience the final stage of the Tour De France.
