Full time chef, now turned part time. My cycling has taken over my life.
Endurance based with events like lejog done in 2022 and various solo events done for charity such as an everesting and 24 hour cycle.
Taking my cycling a step further working with great brands such as Styrkr, Shutt velo, essence of nature and Silca – and starting a degree in sport and fitness in October will boost my involvement with The Cycle Sanctuary here in Devon.
I’ll be continuing the blogs and social media content but also delivering nutrition workshops and eventually coaching plans
This is the start of many things coming and can’t wait to grow these.
