Shawnee’s journey with mountain biking started on a whim, waking up one morning and deciding that she would take up the sport. She bought a secondhand bike and was hooked as soon as her wheels hit the trail. Disappointed at the lack of women’s clothes for MTB, she started Shred Like a Girl, a mountain bike clothing brand for women. Shred Like a girl is quickly growing from a clothing brand into a supportive community of women coming together to share the stoke of the sport.
